2 Hurt in Encino Multi-Car Crash on Ventura (101) Freeway near White Oak Avenue
Encino, CA.- Two people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision in Encino on Thursday morning, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck took place on the Ventura (101) Freeway near White Oak Avenue at around 11:50 a.m.
A driver is suspected to have experienced a medical emergency that led to a crash involving six vehicles.
The vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of the freeway.
Two involved parties were transferred to a hospital with unknown injuries.
The northbound lanes were shut down as authorities examined and cleared the scene.
The CHP is handling the investigation.
