The two occupants of the vehicle were transported to a nearby hospital and are expected to survive.
The Sacramento Fire Department said crews assessed the building's structural integrity and determined that only cosmetic damage occurred, including scorch marks on the exterior walls.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
