Colfax, CA. – Two people were sent to the hospital after a traffic collision that happened Friday afternoon near an intersection in Colfax.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 4:23 p.m. near West Weimar Cross Road and Canyon Way.
A maroon Cadillac ATS and a white Buick Encore were involved in the accident.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and found two people with minor injuries.
One person was transported to the hospital with the complaint of pain to the knees and neck, and another person was hospitalized with the complaint of pain to the right hip.
Authorities did not immediately determine the cause of the crash, but an investigation is ongoing.
