1 Severely Hurt in Car Accident on 15 Freeway at Basin Road in Barstow
Barstow, CA – One person was seriously injured in a traffic collision on Interstate 15 in Barstow Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 5:36 a.m. on 15 Freeway just south of Basin Road on-ramp.
A blue Hyundai Elantra collided with a semi-truck for reasons not yet established.
At least one person was rushed to the hospital with severe injuries.
Additional information about the mishap was not provided.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
