Escondido, CA. – One person was hurt in a car collision that took place Friday evening in Escondido, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident was reported to authorities around 5:56 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15 near Centre City Parkway.
A Ford Mustang and another car were involved in the crash.
One person complained of pain to the neck. Paramedics responded to the scene and provided medical aid. It was unclear if anyone was hospitalized.
A dog in one of the cars was also possibly injured.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
