Sacramento County, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle accident that happened Tuesday evening at an intersection in Rancho Murieta.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was reported around 6:37 p.m. at Jackson Road and Stone House Road.
A Ford pickup truck and a Lexus SUV were involved in the crash, blocking the intersection.
The Sacramento Fire Department responded to the scene and transported one person to Mercy Hospital of Folsom for treatment of unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
