Los Angeles County, CA. – One person died in a rollover crash that happened Monday evening near an intersection in Sun Village, a census-designated place in Los Angeles County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident transpired around 6:54 p.m. near 90th Street East and East Palmdale Boulevard.
An SUV and another vehicle were involved in the accident. The SUV overturned onto its roof.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department – Palmdale Station, and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene. A Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner representative responded to the scene.
Several roads near the crash scene remained blocked for hours following the collision.
An investigation is ongoing.
