Tulare, CA. – A driver was killed in a collision with a construction vehicle on Tuesday night in Tulare.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on southbound Highway 99 near Bardsley Avenue.
A minivan was traveling southbound when it collided with a construction vehicle subcontracted by the California Department of Transportation.
The minivan driver was transported to Adventist Health Tulare where he later died.
The driver of the construction vehicle sustained minor injuries in the accident
