San Diego, CA. – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car in San Diego on Wednesday morning.
The 12:26 a.m. accident happened on the southbound 5 Freeway Old Town Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A pedestrian was found down in the lanes after being struck by a vehicle. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.
CHP reports that the pedestrian was killed in the collision.
The identity of the person who died was not immediately disclosed.
