Mountain Pass, CA.- One person was killed in a rollover accident near Mountain Pass on Friday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The wreck happened at around 12:18 p.m. November 21, on northbound Interstate 15, nearly two miles from the Bailey Road exit.
A silver pickup truck was traveling northbound on I-15 when it drifted off the right shoulder and rolled over, coming to a rest nearly 25 feet from the freeway.
At least one person was pronounced deceased at the scene.
One other party was flown to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
The CHP is conducting an investigation into the crash.
