Northridge, CA.- A motorcyclist was killed in a collision that happened in the Northridge area on Wednesday night, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The incident took place on Tampa Avenue and Lassen Street at about 6:23 p.m. April 9.
Police reported that a Ford SUV, a Toyota sedan, and a motorcycle were involved in the collision.
The cars reportedly crashed head-on and the motorcyclist, who was also caught up in the accident, was ejected from the motorcycle.
The rider was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Three other parties were taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
