Merced County, CA. – A man was killed in a head-on collision early Tuesday morning in Merced.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6:20 a.m. on Highway 59 near Oakdale Road.
A man was driving a Ford Fusion when his car crossed over into the opposite lane and collided head-on with a dump truck.
The man was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
