Seattle, WA.- One person was killed in a Seattle car accident that happened on Saturday night, according to the Seattle Police Department.
At around 10:09 p.m., authorities responded to the wreck that took place on East Marginal Way South and South Spokane Street.
Police reported that a vehicle crashed into the ramp barrier and plunged 80 feet from the roadway.
The vehicle overturned and one teenage boy was ejected.
The 16-year-old driver was trapped in the vehicle and was pulled out by the Seattle Fire Department crews.
The four occupants were transported to Harborview Medical Center with major injuries.
The ejected teen was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
It's unclear whether speed or impairment were factors in the crash.
The accident is under investigation.
