1 Killed in Desert Hot Springs Crash on North Indian Canyon Drive near 14th Avenue

, CA.– One person was killed in a collision with a motorhome in Desert Hot Springs on Wednesday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened on North Indian Canyon Drive north of 14th Avenue at around 4:15 p.m. March 19.

According to CHP, a 74-year-old man from Bend, Oregon, was driving a white BMW when he crashed into a motorhome.

The BMW driver was rushed to Desert Regional Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.

Alcohol and drugs were not suspected to have played a role in the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
