According to the investigators, a 26-year-old woman was driving east on South 320 Street when she drifted into the westbound lanes and collided with an oncoming car

Federal Way, WA. – One person was killed in a collision that took place in Federal Way on Friday morning, according to police.
The incident took place on South 320 Street near the I-5 interchange just after 5:30 a.m. November 21.
According to the investigators, a 26-year-old woman was driving east on South 320 Street when she drifted into the westbound lanes and collided with an oncoming car.
Police performed life-saving measures on the woman until medics arrived.
The woman was however declared dead at the scene.
The male driver of the second car was trapped in the wreckage and was rescued by firefighters.
The driver was hospitalized at Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries.
Police said the female driver was suspected of impairment.
The incident remains under investigation.
