1 Injured in Collision on Highway 24 near Pleasant Hill Road in Lafayette
Contra Costa, California (July 15, 2022) – One person was injured in a traffic collision that occurred in Lafayette on Thursday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Highway 24 near Pleasant Hill Road at around 4:29 p.m.
Three vehicles were recovered at the accident scene. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
