Hayward, CA. – Authorities are investigating a major injury crash involving a motorcycle in Hayward on Friday evening.
The 6:23 p.m. accident happened on the northbound Highway 880 Freeway near Whipple Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A motorcycle, an Audi sedan and a third vehicle were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately determined.
At least one person suffered serious injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment,
