El Sobrante, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a traffic collision that happened Sunday evening in El Sobrante, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 5:56 p.m. near San Pablo Dam Road and Hillcrest Road.
A silver Toyota SUV and a Ford Fairlane were involved in the accident.
The report said the driver of the SUV had been drinking prior to the crash.
That driver was arrested and transported to Kaiser Permanente Richmond Medical Center with minor injuries.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
