Tempe, AZ.- One person was hurt in a single-vehicle crash in Tempe on Monday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The incident took place on US 60 near McClintock Drive at about 11:15 a.m. September 15.
A driver was traveling on US 60 when, for an undetermined reason, the vehicle crashed into a median wall.
The driver was transported to a hospital with major injuries.
The crash led to the closure of the HOV and the left lanes as authorities investigated the incident.
The cause of the accident remained under investigation.
