One person was reportedly trapped inside a car and had to be extricated
Contra Costa, CA. – At least one person was injured in a car accident on Tuesday morning in Brentwood.
According to a California Highway Patrol report, the accident happened around 7:25 a.m. on Highway 4 near Balfour Road.
Officers who responded to the incident located two vehicles at the accident scene. However, the cause of the accident was not immediately determined.
One person was reportedly trapped inside a car and had to be extricated.
One person was taken to the hospital for treatment in an unknown condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
