A vehicle traveling west on Interstate 8 slammed into the rear of a semi-truck for unknown reasons
Winterhaven, CA.- One person was injured in a crash involving a big rig near Winterhaven on Friday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol
The incident occurred on Interstate 8 at about 9:30 a.m. September 19.
A vehicle traveling west on Interstate 8 slammed into the rear of a semi-truck for unknown reasons.
The driver of the vehicle was transported to Onvida Health with major injuries that were not suspected to be life-threatening.
Additional details on the incident were not immediately available.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
