Bakersfield, CA. – One person was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident on Saturday evening in Bakersfield.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 7:43 p.m. in the area of California Avenue and Exchange Street.
A vehicle reportedly struck a pedestrian in unclear circumstances.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
