Authorities reported that the Metro Line 162 bus was stopped at a bus stop on Sherman Way when it was struck on its left back by a vehicle involved in an initial crash.

Reseda, CA – Several people were injured in a collision involving a Metro bus on Friday morning in the Reseda area, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The crash was reported in the 18300 block of West Sherman Way just before 10 a.m. September 18.
Authorities reported that the Metro Line 162 bus was stopped at a bus stop on Sherman Way when it was struck on its left back by a vehicle involved in an initial crash.
The Los Angeles Police Department and LAFD firefighters responded to the scene assessed at least six people injured in the accident.
The operator of the bus and one of the bus passengers were taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
It’s unclear whether any other patients were transported to the hospital for further treatment.
The Los Angeles Police Department is conducting an investigation into the collision.
