According to authorities, a man was riding a motorcycle in the area when, for unknown reasons, he was involved in a crash with an SUV.

Portland Fire and Rescue crews responded to the scene and attended to the motorcyclist. The victim was reportedly taken to a hospital with multiple fractures.
