San Bernardino, CA – A 15-year-old girl was killed after being struck by a vehicle on East Highland Avenue in San Bernardino Tuesday evening, according to the San Bernardino Police Department.
The collision occurred at approximately 6:18 p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Guthrie Street.

The County Medical Examiner identified the pedestrian as 15-year-old Raylynn Ayala of San Bernardino. She was transported to a hospital and was pronounced dead at approximately 7:28 p.m. the same day.
