Napa, CA – At least one person suffered major injuries following a two-vehicle collision on State Route 121 in Napa Sunday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 7:25 p.m. on August 30, 2026, on northbound State Route 121 just south of Ramal Road, according to the CHP incident log.
Preliminary information indicated that two vehicles were involved in the collision. Airbags were reported deployed in the involved vehicles, and one vehicle came to rest off the roadway.
As per the CHP, at least one person suffered major injuries in the incident.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene, and CHP officers investigated the collision. The roadway was initially blocked in both directions, with southbound lanes later closed while traffic was controlled through the northbound lane.
The roadway was opened at approximately 8:28 p.m. following the emergency response and investigation. The crash remains under investigation.
