Three vehicles, including a black Ford Focus and a black Honda sedan, were involved in the crash.
CHP officers, firefighters, and American Medical Response arrived at the scene shortly after receiving reports of the collision.
AMR transported one person to Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
The Honda sedan was towed away from the scene.
CHP is investigating the collision.
