According to investigators, a man was driving a beige 2001 Toyota Tundra pickup truck northbound on North Tenth Street when he made a left turn into a business parking lot and was struck by a southbound man riding a black 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle

San Jose, CA – A man died at a hospital days after being involved in a crash between a vehicle and a motorcycle in San Jose last month, according to the San Jose Police Department.
The incident took place in the 1000 block of North Tenth Street on June 22.
According to investigators, a man was driving a beige 2001 Toyota Tundra pickup truck northbound on North Tenth Street when he made a left turn into a business parking lot and was struck by a southbound man riding a black 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The motorcyclist suffered major injuries and was rushed to a hospital, where his condition was stabilized. However, the rider succumbed to his injuries at the hospital on July 1. His identity is yet to be released by the Santa Clara County Office of the Medical Examiner.
The driver of the pickup truck was not injured and stayed at the scene. He was cooperative with the investigators and was not arrested.
