Los Angeles, CA – One person died, and another was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision that happened early Saturday morning on a freeway off-ramp in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the pileup took place around 4:04 a.m. on June 27, 2026, in the 1100 block of West 8th Place at the Harbor (110) Freeway off-ramp.
LAFD said three vehicles were involved in the collision.
First responders found one person beyond medical help and pronounced them dead at the scene.
Another person was taken to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.
