Bodega Bay, CA – Authorities are investigating a serious injury two-vehicle collision on Highway 1 in Bodega Bay on Wednesday night, according to the California Highway Patrol
The crash was reported at approximately 8:47 p.m. on northbound Highway 1 just north of Bay Hill Road.
Authorities said two people were injured in the collision. One of the injured parties complained of neck pain. The patients were transported to Memorial Hospital for precautionary evaluation, according to CHP dispatch records.
Both vehicles sustained major damage and were removed from the scene by a towing company.
The cause of the crash has not been released, and the incident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol
