Granada Hills, CA – One person was sent to the hospital after a traffic collision that happened Friday night on the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway in Granada Hills.
According to California Highway Patrol logs, the incident transpired around 10:25 p.m. on the eastbound freeway lanes near the Balboa Boulevard off-ramp.
A Honda Civic, a small BMW, and a big truck were involved in the accident, blocking traffic lanes.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene and transported one trauma patient to the hospital.
The Civic was towed away with major front-end damage, and the BMW with major damage to the right side.
Due to several lanes being blocked, multiple motorists were using the right shoulder to exit the freeway.
CHP officers are investigating the cause of the collision.
