Preliminary reports indicate that two motorcyclists collided in the northbound lanes of I-15 and both fell onto the roadway.
Cajon Pass, CA – A motorcycle rider was transported to a hospital after being involved in crash with another motorcycle in the Cajon Pass on Monday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred at about 3:21 p.m. on May 11, on Interstate 15 near the Cleghorn Road exit.
Preliminary reports indicate that two motorcyclists collided in the northbound lanes of I-15 and both fell onto the roadway. Authorities were still working to find out what led up to the accident.
The San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the scene and assessed the riders for injuries.
After evaluation, one of the riders was transported to a hospital for treatment. There was no update on the extent of the injuries sustained by the motorcyclist.
The identities of the involved riders were not immediately available.
The cause of the incident remained under investigation by te California Highway Patrol.
