Arroyo Grande, CA – A motorcycle rider was hospitalized with major injuries after being involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Arroyo Grande on Wednesday evening.
According to the Arroyo Grande Police Department, the wreck took place just before 8 p.m. April 8, in the 1100 block of W. Branch Street.
Investigators reported that the motorcyclist was involved in the collision with two other vehicles. Details on what may have led up to the accident were not immediately available.
Arroyo Grande police responded to the scene and aided the injured motorcyclist. Emergency Medical Services personnel soon after arrived and rushed the rider to a hospital for further treatment.
According to the report, the motorcyclist was listed in serious but stable condition. The rider’s identity was not immediately released.
The other involved motorists remained at the scene and were cooperative with law enforcement. Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs factored in the crash.
