Grand Terrace, CA – At least one person was injured in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 215 in Grand Terrace on Tuesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred on the northbound side of I-215, just south of Barton Road at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
Investigators said three vehicles, including a blue Kia sedan and two white sedans, were involved in the wreck.
Responding crews found one vehicle obstructing the slow lane, and the others stopped along the right-hand side. A semi-truck was also reported to be stopped nearby but was not involved in the collision.
At least one person sustained minor injuries in the crash. Authorities did not release the identities of those involved, and no arrests were reported.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and temporarily shut down all lanes before reopening them as the situation was cleared. Tow services were requested to remove the damaged vehicles.
The crash caused significant traffic disruption, with all lanes initially blocked and later limited to partial closures before being fully reopened.
The incident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
