Menifee, CA – A collision between a vehicle and a mobile home in Menifee left two people hospitalized on Sunday afternoon, according to the Menifee Police Department.
At around 4:05 p.m. March 22, police and firefighters from the Cal Fire/ Riverside County Fire Department responded to reports of a collision in the 27000 block of Murrieta Road.
Preliminary reports indicate that a vehicle slammed to an occupied mobile home. Details on what may have led to the collision were not immediately available.
Emergency personnel evaluated the driver of the vehicle and an occupant of the mobile home. After evaluation, both patients were transported to local hospitals for treatment of minor injuries.
The identities of the parties involved in the accident were not released.
Authorities were still trying to figure out how and why the collision happened and no arrests had been announced.
The investigation is being conducted by the Menifee Police Department and further details are expected to be released.
