Early reports indicate that a Ford F-150 Platinum was traveling south on FM 1484 when it moved into the northbound side, for unknown reasons, and collided head-on with an oncoming black Ford F-150

Montgomery County, TX – Authorities responded to a deadly collision that claimed the lives of two people on FM 1484 in Montgomery County on Tuesday.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the incident happened just south of Airport Road at an unspecified time on Tuesday, March 3.
Early reports indicate that a Ford F-150 Platinum was traveling south on FM 1484 when it moved into the northbound side, for unknown reasons, and collided head-on with an oncoming black Ford F-150.
A northbound Chevrolet pickup was also involved in a secondary collision with one of the trucks.
According to the DPS, the drivers of the two trucks that collided head-on were both killed in the accident. Their identities have not been released pending notification of the next-of-kin.
One person riding in the northbound Ford was taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The operator of the Chevrolet was uninjured and cooperated with the investigators.
Additional information on the incident have not been released and authorities are actively working to find out how and why the collision occurred.
