Tempe, AZ. – One person was sent to the hospital after a traffic collision involving a police vehicle that happened Tuesday morning in Tempe.

The police officer was not injured, but the other driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
There were no details about whether the officer was responding to an emergency, and if the siren and lights were activated at the time of the collision.
Both directions of Baseline Road near the crash scene were restricted to one lane following the crash.
