Phoenix, AZ. – A man died after he was hit by a truck early Tuesday morning near an intersection in south Phoenix, according to police.

Responding police officers found the man with serious injuries after he was struck by a truck.
Firefighters transported the victim to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. The motorist did not show any signs of intoxication.
