Visalia, CA. – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a pickup truck Wednesday afternoon at an intersection near Farmersville, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 5:22 p.m. near South Farmersville Boulevard and Santa Rosa Avenue.
A pedestrian was walking in the area when they were struck by a white Nissan pickup truck.
Farmersville police and firefighters responded to the scene.
The pedestrian died from injuries suffered in the accident.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
