A silver Kia and two other vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of the interstate just south of the Rainbow Valley Boulevard exit
Fallbrook, CA – A man was injured in a multi-vehicle accident in Fallbrook on Wednesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision that was reported at about 1:37 p.m. on Interstate 15.
A silver Kia and two other vehicles collided in the northbound lanes of the interstate just south of the Rainbow Valley Boulevard exit.
The elderly man driving the Kia was injured in the crash and was attended to by the medics.
It’s unclear whether the driver was transported to a hospital for further treatment.
At least one northbound lane was shut down as authorities worked at the scene.
The CHP is investigating the accident.
