Lost Hills, CA. – A man was killed in a rollover crash early Friday morning in Lost Hills.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 5 north of Lerdo Highway at around 5:38 a.m.

A 30-year-old Sacramento woman was driving a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser northbound on the freeway when she lost control of the car and veered off the highway.

The right front passenger, a 32-year-old Sacramento man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The woman sustained minor injuries and was taken to Kern Medical.

A 1-year-old girl, a passenger in the back seat of the Toyota, was uninjured.

Police say all occupants were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
