Temecula, CA. – Three people were injured in a car accident on Monday night in Temecula.

According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, the accident happened around 7:47 p.m. on State Route 79 near Dripping Springs Campground.

The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.

Police say two people were hospitalized with moderate injuries while a third person suffered minor injuries.
