The crash was reported around 6:12 p.m. on 11340 S Sepulveda Boulevard near the 105 Freeway off-ramp.
Authorities said a car overturned, allegedly ejecting a man.
A woman in the car was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities reported.
The man was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
A SigAlert was issued at 6:39 p.m., closing the westbound 105 Freeway at Sepulveda Boulevard while emergency crews worked the scene.
