According to the California Highway Patrol, three vehicles collided around 2:40 a.m. on the eastbound 80 Freeway, just west of the Magazine Street off-ramp.

Vallejo, CA. – At least one person was severely injured in a multi-vehicle collision that happened early Friday morning on a freeway in Vallejo.
According to the California Highway Patrol, three vehicles collided around 2:40 a.m. on the eastbound 80 Freeway, just west of the Magazine Street off-ramp.
Vallejo police and firefighters responded to the scene shortly after the collision.
One of the cars reportedly fled the scene after the crash.
At least one person suffered major injuries in the accident. The person was hospitalized in unknown condition.
Debris from the crash was scattered all over the eastbound lanes of the freeway.
Authorities closed the eastbound 80 Freeway until around 3:45 a.m. following the crash.
