Yucca Valley, CA – A woman was killed Wednesday night in a pedestrian accident in Yucca Valley, according to the authorities.
The deadly accident happened around 10:45 p.m. on August 6 on Twentynine Palms Highway near Prescott Avenue.
Authorities said Carmen Barker, 37, of San Bernardino, was struck by a car.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
