Tustin, CA. – One person died in a traffic collision that happened Friday night on a transition road in Tustin, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident occurred around 11:33 p.m. in the HOV lane of the southbound 5 Freeway to the southbound Highway 55 transition road.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and found a Civic motorcycle down in the HOV lane.
One person was killed in the crash, as per the report.
All lanes of the transition road were shut down for an unknown period following the crash.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
