Brentwood, CA. – Telesforo Torres Lopez, 54, of Petaluma, has been identified as the man who died in a work-related accident in Brentwood on Monday, according to the authorities.
The incident took place on May 5, at a repaving construction site located along Walnut Boulevard.
According to authorities, Lopez was working in the area when he was pinned by a large piece of machinery.
He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office and OSHA are investigating the accident.
