One Person Suffers Major Injuries in Collision at Greenfield Intersection

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 7:45 a.m. at 13th Street and Pine Avenue.

Greenfield, CA. – One person was seriously injured in a traffic collision that happened Wednesday morning at an intersection in Greenfield.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred around 7:45 a.m. at 13th Street and Pine Avenue.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision. A power pole was also hit and sheared at the base. The pole was left leaning over.

One of the cars was stopped blocking the roadway after the accident.

The Greenfield Police Department responded to the scene shortly after the crash.

Paramedics transported one person to the hospital with a broken wrist.

PG&E was requested to respond to the scene to repair the power pole.

Authorities are investigating the collision.
