Contra Costa, CA. – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on Friday morning in Orinda.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 8:27 a.m. on Highway 24 near Wilder Road.

Five vehicles were involved in the collision. However, the events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.

At least one person was killed in the accident.
