John Baertich identified as motorcyclist killed in La Verne crash on Wheeler Avenue near Sherwood Drive
Los Angeles, CA. – John Baertich, 57, has been identified as the motorcyclist who died in a collision on Saturday afternoon in La Verne.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 11:45 p.m., January 18, in the 6700 block of Wheeler Avenue near Sherwood Drive.
The La Verne man was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a truck.
Baertich was killed in the accident, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
The truck driver, a La Verne resident, remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
